Regular plus:

Regular Plus intends to keep the participants with a (hidden) restriction in regular vocational education and to have them enter the labourmarket. To achieve that Eega's built-up expertise is added to the expertise of education and coaching of pupils of the ROC. Via individual coaching at Eega it is the purpose that the participant returns to school. Investigation is done whether the chosen area of study is the right one and the participant is being trained in the skills to leave school with a qualification.

As soon as the participant returns to school, the intensive coaching continues at the ROC. To organise this in the right way there is intensive contact with the ROC, the parents and possible other trainers. The goal of the project is to build a bridge between the different ROC's, Eega, other involved external parties and the different national ministries to organise in that way the coaching and to make it workable for the targetgroup. Eega is a, by the ministry of SZW, aknowledged specialised institute. Eega takes care of intensive personal coaching and education to a job, after having made choices with a realistic perspective.
