You fail at school?
Sometimes you fail at school. This can be caused by various reasons. It can have a medical cause, like a disease or disorder. A (physical) handicap of a psychiatric cause. All causes that interfere with your education. But eventually you want a nice job and a qualification is needed for that.

To coach you during your education a programma has been developed by Eega in cooperation with a number of ROC's. Together they take a look how to help so you will be able to get your qualification.

Plan of approach
What is the plan of coaching like? The procedure of Regular Plus has the next steps:
- Registration of the participant
- Information arrives at Eega
- Intake
- An inventory of the problems
- The discussion about the proposal with the participant, the parents and the
  coaches of the ROC
- The participant is entered for discussions, investigations or an assessment stage to get
  clear what is a suitable training and a suitable occupation and a suitable supervision
- Advice and appointments about the stage that is to be followed in cooperation
  with the ROC coaching

It is important that during the whole stage there is a close contact with the parents and the coaches of the ROC.

What is the extra coaching?
You will get coaching where it is needed. In a 6 weeks' Intensive Introduction a clear vision of your training possibilities, coaching needs and necessity has been obtained. About this a report is written that will be discussed extensively with you and your coaches. With this report as a guidance the supervision will be executed. It is possible that as a result of this you will come to a site of Eega to finish your education, but it is also possible that you stay at school and get the coaching that is needed there.
